### 77 Presiding at hearings > > (1) The Chief Commissioner or the member nominated under [section 62(3)](#GS62@Gs3@EN) is to preside at all hearings of an Integrity Tribunal at which he or she is present. > > > (2) If the Chief Commissioner or the member nominated under [section 62(3)](#GS62@Gs3@EN) is not present at a hearing of an Integrity Tribunal, a member of the Integrity Tribunal specified by the Chief Commissioner or the person nominated under [section 62(3)](#GS62@Gs3@EN) is to preside at the hearing.
