69Procedure of inquiry

### 69 Procedure of inquiry > > (1)  Subject to this Act and any directions issued by the Chief Commissioner under [subsection (2)](#GS69@Gs2@EN) , an Integrity Tribunal – > > > > > > (a) may conduct an inquiry in any manner it considers appropriate; and > > > > > > > (b) must observe the rules of procedural fairness; and > > > > > > > (c) is not required to hold a hearing for an inquiry; and > > > > > > > (d) may obtain information from any persons in any manner it considers appropriate; and > > > > > > > (e) may make any inquiries it considers appropriate; and > > > > > > > (f) may determine its own procedure in conducting an inquiry. > > > (2)  The Chief Commissioner may issue directions regarding the conduct of inquiries.
