### 67 Right of appearance > > (1)  An Integrity Tribunal may allow any person or any person’s legal practitioner or agent to participate in an inquiry, to the extent that the Integrity Tribunal considers appropriate. > > > (2)  In making a decision under [subsection (1)](#GS67@Gs1@EN) , an Integrity Tribunal may have regard to – > > > > > > (a) any direct or special interest a person may have in the matters relevant to an inquiry; and > > > > > > > (b) the probability that an inquiry may make a finding adverse to that person’s interests; and > > > > > > > (c) the ability of a person to assist an inquiry.
