### 41 Referral of complaint to Parliamentary integrity entity
> If a complaint is referred to a Parliamentary integrity entity under [section 38(1)(d)](#GS38@Gs1@Hpd@EN) , the chief executive officer is to notify the Parliamentary integrity entity in writing that the chief executive officer is to be informed of the outcome of the investigation including any action taken, or to be taken, by the Parliamentary integrity entity.
