### 29 Restriction of functions of Parliamentary Standards Commissioner > The Parliamentary Standards Commissioner is not to be involved in the assessment or investigation of, or any inquiry in relation to, a complaint under this Act, if the Parliamentary Standards Commissioner has provided advice about a matter that relates to that complaint.
