### 26 Report to Parliament > > (1)  By 30 November in each year the Joint Committee is to make a report of its proceedings under this Act and cause a copy of the report to be laid before both Houses of Parliament. > > > (2)  If the Joint Committee is unable to comply with [subsection (1)](#GS26@Gs1@EN) because a House of Parliament is not sitting on 30 November in any year, the Joint Committee is to on or before that day, provide a copy of the report to the Clerk of the Legislative Council and the Clerk of the House of Assembly. > > > (3)  Upon presentation to the Clerk of the Legislative Council and the Clerk of the House of Assembly the report is taken to have been laid before each House of Parliament and ordered to be printed. > > > (4)  The Clerk of the Legislative Council and the Clerk of the House of Assembly are to cause a copy of the report to be laid before each House of Parliament within the first 3 sitting-days after receipt of the report.
