16Delegation

### 16 Delegation > > (1)  The Board may, by resolution, delegate to a member of the Board, a member of the staff, other than the chief executive officer, of the Integrity Commission or any other person all or any of its functions or powers under this Act or any other Act, other than this power of delegation. > > > (2)  The Board may, by resolution, delegate to the chief executive officer any of its functions and powers including this power of delegation. > > > (3)  [Section 23AA(2)](/view/html/inforce/2026-04-12/act-1931-059#GS23AA@Gs2@EN) , [(3)](/view/html/inforce/2026-04-12/act-1931-059#GS23AA@Gs3@EN) , [(4)](/view/html/inforce/2026-04-12/act-1931-059#GS23AA@Gs4@EN) , [(5)](/view/html/inforce/2026-04-12/act-1931-059#GS23AA@Gs5@EN) and [(8) of the](/view/html/inforce/2026-04-12/act-1931-059#GS23AA@Gs8@EN) [Acts Interpretation Act 1931](/view/html/inforce/2026-04-12/act-1931-059) apply to a delegation made under [subsection (1)](#GS16@Gs1@EN) .
