### 15G House of Parliament may confirm or revoke suspension for misconduct or misbehaviour

> > (1) If a person is suspended from the office of Chief Commissioner under [section 15E(3)](#GS15E@Gs3@EN) , a House of Parliament, within 30 sitting-days after the day on which a statement is laid before the House under [section 15F](#GS15F@EN) , or a longer period allowed by resolution of that House of Parliament, may pass a resolution –

> > > > (a) confirming the suspension; or
> > >
> > > > (b) revoking the suspension.
>
> > (2) If both Houses of Parliament pass a resolution under [subsection (1)(b)](#GS15G@Gs1@Hpb@EN) revoking the suspension of a person from the office of Chief Commissioner, the suspension of the person from the office of Chief Commissioner is revoked on and from the day on which the resolution is passed by both Houses.
