### 15F Minister to lay before each House of Parliament a statement in relation to suspension of person from office of Chief Commissioner
> [*\[Section 15F Inserted by No. 13 of 2017, s. 8, Applied:13 Jun 2017\]*](/view/html/inforce/2017-06-13/act-2017-013#GS8@EN) If a person is suspended from the office of Chief Commissioner under [section 15E](#GS15E@EN) , the Minister must cause a statement setting out the grounds for the suspension to be laid before each House of Parliament during the first 7 sitting-days of that House following the suspension, or a longer period allowed by resolution of the House of Parliament before which it is laid.
