### 104 Amendment of Schedule 1 > > (1)  The Governor may, by order, amend Column 1 of [Schedule 1](#JS1@EN)  – > > > > > > (a) by omitting the name of any public authority; or > > > > > > > (b) by inserting the name of any public authority; or > > > > > > > (c) where the name of a public authority is changed, by omitting the name of that public authority and substituting its new name. > > > (2)  The Governor may, by order, amend Column 2 of [Schedule 1](#JS1@EN) by inserting, opposite the name of a public authority, the title or other description of a principal officer or by omitting or amending that title or other description. > > > (3)  The Governor may, by order, omit [Schedule 1](#JS1@EN) and substitute a Schedule containing in Column 1 the names of public authorities and containing in Column 2 the titles or other descriptions of principal officers.
