> A personal information custodian, within the meaning of the [Personal Information Protection Act 2004](/view/html/inforce/2026-04-12/act-2004-046) , is authorised to disclose personal information, within the meaning of that Act, to the Integrity Commission for the purpose of and in accordance with this Act.
