69 Definitions In this Part: former Inspector means the Inspector referred to in section 134 of the ICAC Act as in force immediately before its repeal.

Integrity and Ethics Commissioner Act 2025 36 IEC related entity means any of the following: (a) the Health Complaints Commissioner, a staff member as Complaints Act 1998 or a consultant engaged under section 14(2) of that Act; (c) the Information Commissioner, a member of the staff of the Information Commissioner or a consultant engaged under section 96(3) of the Information Act 2002; immediately before the commencement of section 23; (e) the Auditor-General or a member of the Auditor-General's staff. repealed provision means section 138 of the ICAC Act, as in force immediately before the commencement of section 23.
