63 Conditions of appointment (1) An acting Integrity Officer holds office on the conditions (including determined by the Inspector. (2) The acting Integrity Officer's conditions of office: acting Integrity Officer's performance in office; and (b) cannot be varied to the detriment of the acting Integrity Officer during the acting Integrity Officer's term in office.
