60 Report following investigation (1) Following an investigation referred to in section 59(1), the acting ICAC must make a report on the investigation to the Chief Minister and the Inspector. (2) The report must be prepared in accordance with section 50(2) to (5) of the ICAC Act. (3) Section 50A of the ICAC Act applies in relation to the report.
