57 Service (1) A notice, under this Part may be given: (a) by serving it on the recipient; or (b) by sending it to the recipient by email or another form of electronic communication. (2) Subject to evidence to the contrary, a notice sent in accordance with subsection (1)(b) is taken to be given to the recipient when it is sent to the recipient.
