44 Report on evaluation (1) The Inspector must prepare a report on an evaluation under section 43 and give a copy of the proposed report to the Auditor-General. (2) The Inspector must give the Auditor-General a reasonable opportunity to comment on the proposed report and include a fair representation of the Auditor-General's comments in the report. (3) The Inspector must give the report to the Minister and the Auditor-General within 3 months after the evaluation to which it relates. (4) The Minister must table a copy of the report in the Legislative Assembly within 6 sitting days after the Minister receives the report.
