43 Evaluation of Auditor-General's Office (1) The Inspector may, at any time, evaluate: (a) the performance of the Auditor-General's functions; or (b) any aspect of the Auditor-General's operations. Examples for subsection (1)(a) and (b) Timeliness of reports, use of resources, management of contractors and compliance with statutory reporting and accountability obligations. (2) The Inspector's power under subsection (1) does not extend to an evaluation of the Auditor-General's audit judgments, methodologies or opinions.
