37 Complaints about Commissioner (1) A person may complain to the Commissioner or the Inspector about improper conduct or questionable conduct of any of the following: (a) the Commissioner (as an Integrity Officer or otherwise); (b) a member of IEC personnel; (c) the IEC's Office. (2) If the Commissioner receives a complaint, the Commissioner must notify and give details of the complaint to the Inspector within 14 days. (3) The Inspector may deal with a complaint in any manner the Inspector considers appropriate.
