146 Ombudsman's officers not subject to outside direction (1) In exercising the Ombudsman's powers, or performing the Ombudsman's functions, in relation to complaints and investigations, including the priority given to investigations, an Ombudsman's officer is subject to direction only by: (a) the Ombudsman; or (b) another Ombudsman's officer.
