14 Conditions of appointment (1) The Commissioner holds office on the conditions (including determined by the Administrator. (2) The Commissioner's conditions of office: Commissioner's performance in office; and (b) cannot be varied to the detriment of the Commissioner during the Commissioner's term in office. Example for subsection (2)(a) Performance-based remuneration or bonus.
