sec.97 Thoroughfares are roads under certain Acts
For the purposes of the Motor Accident Insurance Act 1994 , the roads on the primary thoroughfare and the roads on the secondary thoroughfare shall be roads. For the purposes of the Transport Operations (Road Use Management) Act 1995 (other than part 6 ) the roads on the primary thoroughfare and the roads on the secondary thoroughfare shall be roads within the meaning of that Act. s 97 amd 1993 No. 46 s 3 sch ; 1999 No. 42 s 54 (3) sch pt 3 (sec.97-ssec.1) For the purposes of the Motor Accident Insurance Act 1994 , the roads on the primary thoroughfare and the roads on the secondary thoroughfare shall be roads. (sec.97-ssec.2) For the purposes of the Transport Operations (Road Use Management) Act 1995 (other than part 6 ) the roads on the primary thoroughfare and the roads on the secondary thoroughfare shall be roads within the meaning of that Act.
