sec.94 Leasing of land comprising primary thoroughfare
No part of a primary thoroughfare may be leased without the prior approval of— the primary thoroughfare body corporate given by special resolution within the meaning of section 101 ; and the Minister.
- (a) the primary thoroughfare body corporate given by special resolution within the meaning of section 101 ; and
