sec.91 Maintenance of roads and thoroughfares
The primary thoroughfare body corporate shall be responsible for the maintenance and reconstruction (including construction on relocation) of roads within the primary thoroughfare and of any other improvements on the primary thoroughfare. The principal body corporate shall be responsible for the maintenance and reconstruction (including construction on relocation) of roads on the secondary thoroughfare and of any other improvements on the secondary thoroughfare. (sec.91-ssec.1) The primary thoroughfare body corporate shall be responsible for the maintenance and reconstruction (including construction on relocation) of roads within the primary thoroughfare and of any other improvements on the primary thoroughfare. (sec.91-ssec.2) The principal body corporate shall be responsible for the maintenance and reconstruction (including construction on relocation) of roads on the secondary thoroughfare and of any other improvements on the secondary thoroughfare.
