sec.89 Construction of roads
Roads constructed on the primary thoroughfare or on the secondary thoroughfare shall be constructed to a design and standard approved by the local government at the time of construction. However, the Minister may direct that the local government approve of the design and standard. All roads on the primary thoroughfare and all roads on the secondary thoroughfare shall initially be constructed by the applicant at the applicant’s cost in accordance with the requirements of the local government and to the satisfaction of that local government. (sec.89-ssec.1) Roads constructed on the primary thoroughfare or on the secondary thoroughfare shall be constructed to a design and standard approved by the local government at the time of construction.
