sec.79 Registration of sequential plans by registrar of titles
The registrar of titles may register the plans in the appropriate order only if the plans— are accompanied by the certificate mentioned in section 78 (2) ; and have been approved by the local government. s 79 ins 1993 No. 46 s 22
- (a) are accompanied by the certificate mentioned in section 78 (2) ; and
- (b) have been approved by the local government.
