sec.74 Effect of boundary adjustment plan
A boundary adjustment plan registered under this subdivision does not affect the voting entitlement that applied to any lot before registration of the plan. A registered mortgage, lease or other registered interest in a lot adjusted by the registration of a boundary adjustment plan— is not affected by the registration of the plan; and is taken to relate to the adjusted lot. s 74 ins 1993 No. 46 s 22 amd 2001 No. 71 s 551 sch 1 (sec.74-ssec.1) A boundary adjustment plan registered under this subdivision does not affect the voting entitlement that applied to any lot before registration of the plan. (sec.74-ssec.2) A registered mortgage, lease or other registered interest in a lot adjusted by the registration of a boundary adjustment plan— is not affected by the registration of the plan; and is taken to relate to the adjusted lot.
