sec.65 Application of Building Units and Group Titles Act to subdivisions
The Building Units and Group Titles Act 1980 , section 10 (1B) and (6) (b) , does not apply to a subdivision under this division. For the purposes of section 9 (7) of the Building Units and Group Titles Act 1980 , a plan of subdivision shall be taken to have complied with the requirements of the Local Government Act 1936 as modified by the Building Units and Group Titles Act 1980 in regard to the subdivision if the plan has complied with those requirements as modified by this Act. s 65 amd 1999 No. 30 s 98 sch 3 (sec.65-ssec.1) The Building Units and Group Titles Act 1980 , section 10 (1B) and (6) (b) , does not apply to a subdivision under this division.
