sec.62 Registration of building units plan or group titles plan over secondary lot

The registrar of titles shall not register a building units plan or a group titles plan referred to in sections 59 and 61 unless the plan has been endorsed with the approval of the local government under its seal and, in the case of a group titles plan that has endorsed thereon the fact that it is proposed to subdivide a lot thereby created, unless it is accompanied by a schedule referred to in section 59 (6) duly endorsed with the local government’s approval. Notwithstanding the provisions of any other Act, for the purposes of the registration of a building units plan or a group titles plan referred to in section 59 a lot shall be taken to have access to a dedicated road if that lot has the access prescribed in section 59 (7) . s 62 amd 1997 No. 81 s 3 sch ; 2008 No. 5 s 41 (sec.62-ssec.1) The registrar of titles shall not register a building units plan or a group titles plan referred to in sections 59 and 61 unless the plan has been endorsed with the approval of the local government under its seal and, in the case of a group titles plan that has endorsed thereon the fact that it is proposed to subdivide a lot thereby created, unless it is accompanied by a schedule referred to in section 59 (6) duly endorsed with the local government’s approval.
