sec.58 Notice of amalgamation to principal body corporate
On registration of a plan amalgamating secondary lots that are within a residential precinct, the proprietor of the new secondary lot must give written notice to the principal body corporate of— the proprietor’s full name and address for service; and the date of registration of the plan; and the description of the secondary lots amalgamated; and the description of the new secondary lot; and the maximum number of lots into which the new secondary lot may be subdivided. s 58 ins 1993 No. 46 s 19
