sec.57 Registration of plan of amalgamation of secondary lots
The registrar of titles may register a plan of amalgamation only if— it is accompanied by a schedule setting out the maximum number of lots into which the new secondary lot may be subdivided; and the plan and schedule have been approved by the local government. s 57 ins 1993 No. 46 s 19
