sec.55 Amalgamation of secondary lot
The proprietor of 2 or more secondary lots within a residential precinct may amalgamate the lots by a plan of amalgamation. The plan of amalgamation must— be lodged with the local government; and be accompanied by a schedule setting out the maximum number of lots into which the new secondary lot may be subdivided. s 55 ins 1993 No. 46 s 19 (sec.55-ssec.1) The proprietor of 2 or more secondary lots within a residential precinct may amalgamate the lots by a plan of amalgamation. (sec.55-ssec.2) The plan of amalgamation must— be lodged with the local government; and be accompanied by a schedule setting out the maximum number of lots into which the new secondary lot may be subdivided.
