sec.50 Application of Building Units and Group Titles Act to subdivisions
The following provisions of the Building Units and Group Titles Act 1980 do not apply to a subdivision under this division— section 10 (1B) ; section 10 (6) (b) . For the purposes of section 9 (7) of the Building Units and Group Titles Act 1980 , a plan of subdivision is taken to comply with the requirements mentioned in the subsection in relation to the subdivision if the plan complies with those requirements as modified by this Act. s 50 ins 1993 No. 46 s 18 (sec.50-ssec.1) The following provisions of the Building Units and Group Titles Act 1980 do not apply to a subdivision under this division— section 10 (1B) ; section 10 (6) (b) . (sec.50-ssec.2) For the purposes of section 9 (7) of the Building Units and Group Titles Act 1980 , a plan of subdivision is taken to comply with the requirements mentioned in the subsection in relation to the subdivision if the plan complies with those requirements as modified by this Act.
