sec.29 Site forms part of local government area
If a part of the site is not within the area of any local government, the part forms part of the area of the local government to which application in relation to a scheme was made. Subsection (1) applies despite any other Act. s 29 sub 1993 No. 46 s 14 (sec.29-ssec.1) If a part of the site is not within the area of any local government, the part forms part of the area of the local government to which application in relation to a scheme was made. (sec.29-ssec.2) Subsection (1) applies despite any other Act.
