sec.20 Effect of revocation
On revocation of an approved scheme— the provisions of this Act that applied because of the approved scheme no longer apply; and the provisions of the Coastal Protection and Management Act 1995 or Planning Act prescribed for section 90 apply. Nothing in subsection (1) affects anything lawfully done before the revocation of the approved scheme. s 20 amd 1991 No. 94 s 9 sub 1993 No. 46 s 10 amd 2004 No. 53 s 2 sch ; 2009 No. 26 s 5 sch ; 2016 No. 27 s 270 (sec.20-ssec.1) On revocation of an approved scheme— the provisions of this Act that applied because of the approved scheme no longer apply; and the provisions of the Coastal Protection and Management Act 1995 or Planning Act prescribed for section 90 apply. (sec.20-ssec.2) Nothing in subsection (1) affects anything lawfully done before the revocation of the approved scheme.
