sec.187 Application of code of conduct for existing voting members of executive committees
This section applies to a person who, before the effective day, was a voting member of the executive committee of a primary thoroughfare body corporate or principal body corporate. The code of conduct for voting members of the executive committee applies to the person only in relation to acts done or omissions made on or after the effective day. s 187 ins 2009 No. 26 s 46 (sec.187-ssec.1) This section applies to a person who, before the effective day, was a voting member of the executive committee of a primary thoroughfare body corporate or principal body corporate. (sec.187-ssec.2) The code of conduct for voting members of the executive committee applies to the person only in relation to acts done or omissions made on or after the effective day.
