sec.180 Applications to be accompanied by fees
An application to the Minister for approval of a scheme shall be accompanied by a fee as determined by the Minister. An application to a local government for any approval required pursuant to this Act shall be accompanied by the relevant application fee fixed from time to time by the local government. Different amounts may be fixed or determined as application fees in respect of applications for different types of approval required under this Act or in respect of a particular application and may be fixed before or after the application is made.
