sec.175N Requirement for transfer
The letting agent must transfer the letting agent’s management rights for the approved scheme or part if— a ground under section 175M exists for the body corporate to require the transfer; and the body corporate— by majority resolution decided by secret ballot requires the transfer; and gives written notice of the requirement (the transfer notice ) to the letting agent. s 175N ins 2009 No. 26 s 43
