sec.133C Form of proxy [SM, s 108 ]

A proxy under this division— must be in the approved form; and must be in the English language; and can not be irrevocable; and can not be transferred by the holder of the proxy to a third person; and lapses at the end of the primary thoroughfare body corporate’s financial year or at the end of a shorter period stated in the proxy; and may be given by any person who has the right to vote at a general meeting; and subject to the limitations contained in this division, may be given to any individual; and must appoint a named individual. s 133C ins 2009 No. 26 s 29

• (a) must be in the approved form; and
• (b) must be in the English language; and
• (c) can not be irrevocable; and
• (d) can not be transferred by the holder of the proxy to a third person; and
• (e) lapses at the end of the primary thoroughfare body corporate’s financial year or at the end of a shorter period stated in the proxy; and
• (f) may be given by any person who has the right to vote at a general meeting; and
• (g) subject to the limitations contained in this division, may be given to any individual; and
• (h) must appoint a named individual.
