6 Meaning of related group
(1) If a person is a partner in a partnership, there is a related group that consists of the following members: (a) the person; (b) each other partner in the partnership. (2) If an entity (the associate) is an associated entity (within the meaning of the Corporations Act 2001) of another entity, and is not a partner in a partnership, there is a related group that consists of the following members: (a) the associate; (b) each entity of which the associate is an associated entity.
