23 Certificates
A certificate that was: (a) issued under subregulation 4D(1) of the Insurance Regulations 2002; and (b) in force immediately before the commencement of this section; has effect, from that commencement, as if it had been issued under subparagraph 8(2)(b)(iii) of this instrument.
