Publication of Scheme[9]

1. A copy of the scheme must be accessible and prominently displayed on the website of each insurer who is to be bound by the scheme together with a copy of the actuarial reports on which the scheme is based (scheme documents). The scheme documents must be accessible from the time the notice of intention in paragraph 9 is published up until the date of the scheme’s confirmation hearing as per paragraph 17.
