Application for Confirmation of Scheme[10]

1. An application to the Court for confirmation of a scheme may be made no earlier than:

2. the day after the day on which a copy of the scheme documents has been published on the insurer’s website for a period of at least 15 days; and

3. unless the Court dispenses with the need for compliance with paragraph 17C(2)(c) of the Act[11] — 15 days after the approved summary of the scheme has been given to every affected policyholder under that paragraph,

whichever is the later.
