4A Application of Division
(1) This regulation is made for section 33A of the Act. (2) Each of the following class of contracts of insurance is declared to be a class of contracts in relation to which Division 4 of Part IV of the Act applies: (a) a home buildings insurance contract; (b) a home contents insurance contract. (3) In this Division, a reference to a contract includes a reference to a proposed or possible contract.
