#### 92N Resignation (1) A judicial trustee appointed under this Division may resign that appointment by filing with the Federal Court a notice of resignation. (2) Within 28 days after the day on which the notice of resignation was filed with the Federal Court, the Court must: (a) accept the resignation; and (b) appoint another individual as judicial trustee. (3) A resignation under subsection (1) does not take effect until it is accepted by the Federal Court under subsection (2).
