92ATerms and conditions of appointment of judicial trustee

#### 92A Terms and conditions of appointment of judicial trustee (1) The Federal Court may determine the terms and conditions of the appointment of the judicial trustee, including fees. (2) The determination has effect despite anything in: (a) any other provision of this Act; and (b) an instrument under this Act; and (c) any other law; and (d) the trust deed relating to the fund concerned. (3) The Federal Court may make an order under subsection (1) to the effect that the judicial trustee’s fees are to be paid out of the corpus of the fund concerned. (4) Subsection (3) does not limit subsection (1).
