#### 82 Persons to comply with requirements of APRA or the inspector (1) A person must not intentionally or recklessly contravene a requirement of APRA or the inspector under section 81 that is applicable to the person, to the extent to which the person is able to comply with it. Penalty: Imprisonment for 6 months. (3) A person being examined by an authorised person or the inspector is not excused from answering a question put to the person by the authorised person or the inspector on the ground that the question might tend to incriminate the person. (4) However, if the answer might tend to incriminate the person, none of the following: (a) the question; (b) the answer; (c) any information, document or thing obtained as a direct or indirect consequence of giving the answer; is admissible in evidence against the person in criminal proceedings other than a prosecution for an offence against section 137.1 or 137.2 of the Criminal Code that relates to section 81.
