#### 62ZZS Recovery of overpayments The regulations may make provision for and in relation to the recovery by APRA of the excess of an amount paid to, or applied for the benefit of, a person purportedly to meet an entitlement of the person under Division 3 over the person’s entitlement (if any) under that Division.
