#### 62ZY Determination that policies are not protected policies APRA may determine in writing that a policy is not a protected policy if it is reasonable to conclude, from the nature of the policy and/or the circumstances in which it was issued, that the policy was issued primarily to make the policyholder entitled to a payment under this Part.
