#### 62A Investigations relating to contraventions of section 9 or 10 etc. (1) If APRA believes on reasonable grounds that a body corporate or other person has engaged, is engaging or will engage in conduct: (a) in contravention of section 9 or 10; or (b) constituting the aiding, abetting, counselling or procuring of a contravention of section 9 or 10; APRA may investigate the whole or part of the conduct or proposed conduct, or appoint a person (the inspector), in writing, to investigate the whole or part of the conduct or proposed conduct. (2) The inspector is to be a person resident in Australia.
