#### 122 Register to be kept (1) For the purposes of this Act, APRA shall cause to be kept a register to be known as the Register of General Insurers and Authorised NOHCs. (2) Subject to this Act and to any regulations, the Register shall be kept in such form and manner as APRA directs.
